The key technology for digital pre-assembly of ultra-high-rise aerial corridors based on 3D scanning and BIM is an innovative solution to the construction challenges at 200 meters height. Ultraevolve's innovative approach successfully achieved high-precision assembly of a 1,100-ton super-large steel structure, controlling port deviations within 2 centimeters and ensuring structural safety under load.
This technological breakthrough effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional pre-assembly due to site and schedule constraints, saving 28 million yuan in costs while significantly enhancing construction safety and efficiency.
